McH aims to maximize returns on single-family acquisitions by assessing both short-term sale potential and long-term rental income.  Our approach includes modernizing properties with the latest technology features and enhancing both interior and exterior designs to align with the needs of modern living. We also increase value by expanding square footage, adding bedrooms, and potentially incorporating an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to boost rental income and overall property value.
